The mix of different hardwoods makes each piece feel unique, and the lacquered maple ones add a lovely pop of color. I’m customizing it as a gift for my sister who lives in Santa Fe.

I’ve had this puzzle on my coffee table for a week now, and the mix of different hardwoods makes every piece feel unique. The maple pieces with the colored lacquer really pop against the natural wood tones. It’s a fun challenge that’s also a beautiful display piece.

This puzzle is gorgeous, the different hardwoods create such a unique look. I love that the maple pieces have a colored lacquer finish, it makes the whole thing feel really special.
